Job Overview
Ackerman-Nolan Heating, Air Conditioning & Duct Cleaning is looking for a dependable and motivated HVAC Duct Cleaner to join our growing team in Colfax, WA. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help improve indoor air quality for homes and businesses by cleaning and maintaining HVAC duct systems.

Responsibilities
- Clean air ducts, vents, and HVAC systems using specialized equipment
- Inspect ductwork for dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants
- Remove buildup to improve air quality and system efficiency
- Operate vacuum systems, brushes, and air tools
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Document completed work and report any issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- HVAC or duct cleaning experience is a plus (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills

Education and Experience
Requires a valid driver’s license. Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent. Prior experience preferred.
