Responsibilities- Administer and manage IBM QRadar SIEM including deployment, configuration, and fine-tuning
- Monitor security events, logs, and alerts to detect suspicious activities
- Analyze offenses and perform incident triage and escalation
- Create and optimize custom rules, correlation rules, dashboards, and reports
- Integrate various log sources (firewalls, IDS/IPS, servers, cloud platforms, endpoints) into QRadar
- Perform log parsing and troubleshooting for ingestion issues
- Conduct threat hunting and root cause analysis for identified incidents
- Support incident response teams with actionable insights and forensic data
- Maintain SIEM health checks, performance tuning, and upgrades/patching
- Ensure compliance with security standards and policies (ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.)
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve security posture
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM QRadar SIEM
- Knowledge of log management, event correlation, and SIEM architecture
- Experience with offense analysis and incident response workflows
- Familiarity with network security concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows systems
- Experience in log source onboarding and DSM customization
- Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python / Bash / PowerShell) is a plus
- Familiarity with SOAR tools is an added advantage

Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC)
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM / IGA) concepts
- Proficiency in Java, Groovy, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML
- Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and SoD governance
- Experience in user access certification and entitlement management
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is preferred
