Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, order intake, and collection targets through effective sales planning and execution.
- Initiate, develop, and execute customer and channel strategies to drive sustainable aftermarket business growth.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors and key downstream customers through regular visits, business reviews, and joint action plans.
- Build market demand through product promotion, technical training, field support, and collaboration with distributors, repair shops, fleets, and service providers.
- Provide monthly sales forecasts with a focus on the next three months, and communicate critical customer, market, and competitive information to the company in a timely manner.
- Lead commercial negotiations and prepare quotations for new business opportunities with assigned customers, while supporting pricing and profitability management.
- Monitor distributor inventory, sales-out performance, and replenishment needs, and drive corrective actions where needed.
- Take responsibility for payment collection, account reconciliation, overdue follow-up, and credit risk control.
- Support the evaluation and development of new customers, new projects, and new business opportunities.
- Ensure customer requirements are properly addressed, including quality objectives, corrective and preventive actions, product application support, and related training.
- Lead, coach, and train distributors to improve their business capability and market effectiveness.
- Assist in setting mid- to long-term business strategy, including 3–5 year channel and customer development plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Quality to ensure effective customer support and business execution.
- Ensure all business activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HVAC, Automotive, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in China’s HVAC, or automotive aftermarket industry.
- Experience in managing distributor networks and developing aftermarket customers.
- Proven track record in customer negotiations, channel development, sales strategy execution, and target achievement.
- Good understanding of HVAC or automotive parts applications, aftermarket business models, and customer service requirements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Working proficiency in Mandarin; English capability is a plus.
