Summary

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Provisioning Specialist II handles supporting the organization’s Identity and Access Management program, managing, and enforcing all provisioning and de-provisioning of access to Associates within the organization. The IAM Provisioning Specialist will process access requests per policy and guidelines thru several applications.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working with the RPA team designing, creating, and maintaining provisioning automation scripts using RPA Technology
  • Provision end-user accounts and access privileges in the organization’s IAM system and ancillary applications
  • Support the Role Based Access Control method to ensure that the right individuals have appropriate access to resources based on their roles and responsibilities and ensure timely execution of access-related actions.
  • Manage and solve complex incidents, service requests, and access-related queries via company’s internal Service Management software concerning end-user security.
  • Lead research efforts for escalated end-user security questions and conditions
  • Assist the IAM team with end-user security projects including periodic user security reviews, mass changes, clean-ups, and audit responses.
  • Manage and process IAM tasks for opening and closing banking centers or department transfers.
  • Jointly responsible for maintaining updated procedural documentation to ensure provisioning procedures are current and accurate.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to identity and access management.
  • Review access control reports to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Provide training to new IAM Associates
  • Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
  • Understand, communicate, and instill the Company’s mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success)
  • Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Working at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours.
  • Other specified duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits (for HR USE ONLY)

The IAM Provisioner II position pays a minimum of $28.50.

Preferred Qualifications

Skills

  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to organize work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Must be self-motivated, confident, and comfortable learning about user security for many applications.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills. Must be able to successfully collaborate amongst peers, managers, and executives both in written and verbal communication.

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field. Technical experience can be substituted for education.
  • Professional experience conducting identity and access management provisioning tasks.
  • Experience administering user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory
  • Prior banking experience is beneficial.
  • Must have experience providing customer service in an Enterprise level technical environment.

Certifications Preferred:

  • ITIL Foundations v4
  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) 

Physical Requirements

The work environment is typical of a standard office setting. The position is sedentary 50% of the time, exerting 0 – 50 lbs. of force on rare occasion. It involves sitting most of the time but may also involve kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, or moving about for brief periods of time. Reaching may be required involving extending arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone will be used requiring ability to manipulate a keyboard or keypad, involving repetitive motion, grasping, and finger activities. Ability to decipher a computer screen, to prepare and analyze data and figures, to decipher written documents is required. The ability to express or exchange ideas; impart oral information to internal and external clients; or convey detailed or important spoken instructions by means of the spoken word is required. The ability to receive detailed information through oral communication is required.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent technical experience
