Summary of Responsibilities:
Join a Great Place to Work! We’re looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program Manager to build and maintain IAM governance, processes, procedures. Assist ATC Leadership in managing the development and maintenance of access management policies and procedures for access to systems, information, and facilities.Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll use your seven years of relevant Information Technology experience combined with at least three years relevant experience in IAM system implementations or a compliance / audit related function reviewing IAM systems to:
- Oversee the Identity Access Management (IAM) program, solutions, and processes
- Work with ATC Leaders to understand business requirements, information technology standards, cyber security policies, regulatory requirements and other considerations that influence how IAM solutions and services should perform and operate
- Work with stakeholders to integrate systems with in-house and third-party applications for provisioning, identity authentication and resources authorization
- Ensure the IAM services perform according to define processes and comply with applicable business requirements
- Help business application owners define roles and access models using a risk-based approach
- Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, such as developing and executing test plans / scripts and resolving deviations or exceptions, for newly developed and/or enhanced IAM solutions
While we prefer candidates with bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a field related to IT Risk Management, consideration may be given to individuals with demonstrated progression in relevant work experience with certification credentials.
This position could be located at our Pewaukee or Cottage Grove Wisconsin offices. We offer flexible work schedules, though this role is not 100% remote and requires relocation to an area close to one of our office locations.

The targeted base pay for this position is $144,600 to $168,700 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.
*The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs.
