What you can expect

The role ensures the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud environments. Collaborating with development, security, and DevOps teams to streamline infrastructure application workflows.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Identity (IGA/IAM), Authentication, Directory Services, SaaS application enablement, Multi-Cloud services, and infrastructure as code. Along with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement innovative solutions.
This engineer will have to be technically and operationally minded with a focus on end user experience. A key team member in helping drive a modern, self-service, proactive and AI driven solutions.

About the Team

The Infrastructure Applications team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization's cloud infrastructure. They architect, engineer, and support various infrastructure applications and cloud services to ensure stability, security, and efficiency. By leveraging modern tools, self-service capabilities, and automation techniques, the team optimizes performance and security of all infrastructure applications and clouds. They develop automated workflows and streamline operations using coding and scripting skills. The ultimate goal is to enable Zoomies to perform their best work by providing a secure and frictionless experience for all daily operations, thereby delivering happiness to customers.

What we’re looking for

• Script using CI/CD best practices with Jira and GitHub, utilizing Python, Powershell, and Linux/Bash

• Implement Identity and Access Management tools, including Okta/AD and SCIM provisioning

• Apply authentication security practices for identity, MFA/FIDO, and certificates

• Manage major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Have experience with major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Integrate Unified Collaboration tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, Proofpoint, and SendGrid

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with 8years relevant experience

• Obtain relevant certifications such as Okta and AWS

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across physical, process/memory, network, and application levels

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
