Job Summary
Under minimal supervision, the EIM Engineer will identify and implement creative solutions to automate manual IT processes related to Identity and Access Management. This position will also assist with automating and maintaining recurring processes and reports. Capable of leading all phases of application life cycle, reporting analysis, and coding and/or support activities. Prepares detailed documentation and troubleshooting information for use and support of vendor-supplied applications. Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering software application limitations, operating time, and desired results.
Essential Functions:
- Automate user onboarding, offboarding, and account changes utilizing SailPoint IIQ and ISC. (20%)
- Document new and existing IAM processes and procedures. (10%)
- Provides technical support and assistance. (10%)
- Analyzes output in target applications such as Active Directory and Workday. (10%)
- Optimize and create scheduled tasks. (10%)
- Ensure IAM systems meet security compliance requirements. (10%)
- Provide root cause analysis of errors, anomalies, alerts, and outages. (10%)
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to optimize business processes (10%)
- Develop reports, based on key metrics and KPI's (10%)
Education:
- Associate's Degree In Computer Science or equivalent IT discipline required.
Work Experience:
- 1-3 years experience with Identity Governance Systems/Processes required.
- 4-6 years cumulative IT experience preferably in healthcare required.
- 1-3 years experience with Active Directory or other LDAP based directory service required.
- 1-3 years Powershell Scripting or Java or Beanshell Programing required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to perform data analysis utilizing MS Excel
- Ability to develop and analyze BeanShell, Java, and Powershell scripting languages
- Detailed understanding of MS Active Directory and LDAP account attributes
- Understanding of IAM provisioning methodologies such as RBAC, ABAC, and Discretionary Access Control.
- Understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, Radius, and Kerberos.
