Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior IAM Full Stack Development Specialist to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise across the full stack, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. You will play a critical role in shaping our IAM and Saas Solution, driving innovation, and ensuring robust security and compliance across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development and integration of IAM and SaaS solutions
  • Experience working with Hybrid Mobile APP and Microservices enabled framework.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization frameworks using protocols like OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
  • Integrate IAM systems (e.g. Okta) with enterprise applications, and directories (LDAP/AD).
  • Integrate IAM SDK for different types of application (SPA, Web, Native)
  • Drive automation of IAM workflows
  • Work as full stack developer using Java/Node in back-end and Angular/React in front-end to engineer a product.
  • Customize the UI pages for authentication using hooks and events
  • Develop authentication related hybrid mobile app plugins for MFA using native SDK (Kotlin, Swift)
  • Understand OKTA management APIs and know the usage of it as consumer
  • Thinking critically to analyze the pros and cons of solving a problem or using technology in a certain way.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical documentation.

Skills and Education:

  • 5-8 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on IAM.
  • Proven experience with backend technologies (Java, Node.js) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Experience developing with CI CD and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience developing with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in articulating technical concepts.
  • Up to date understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with various teams to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.
  • Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadline
  • B.E/B.Tech/Computer Science or Engineering graduate degree from reputed organization.
