The opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IaaS Product Group Manager to join our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service delivery of both cloud services and on-prem hosting services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of infrastructure as service (IaaS) technologies.
How you’ll make an impact

Oversee the delivery of cloud services and on-prem hosting services to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance. Managing the infrastructure lifecycle, including planning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of cloud and on-prem hosting services

Develop and implement service delivery strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional development

Manage the infrastructure lifecycle, including planning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of cloud and on-prem hosting services

Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and service delivery

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business goals

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Your background

Proven experience in managing cloud and on-premises hosting environments

Strong project management skills

In-depth knowledge of IaaS solutions and cloud technologies

Excellent leadership and communication skills necessary to engage with stakeholders, Hubs and cross functional teams

Supervisory and management experience with direct reports and geographically distributed teams

Analytical thinking, strategic vision paired with costumer focus
