Inside our Cloud & AI division, the Product team focus on successfully managing the different evolutions of our platforms and more generally driving the adoption of techological changes to the cloud distribution.
The Product Manager must define and ensure alignment of all overall roadmap objectives. He/She will be responsible for working with multiple supplier technologies and products culminating with the continuous development of a leading-edge cloud distribution models.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and guide the implementation strategy for GenAI ArrowSphere Programs
Create strategic capabilities (e.g., data-driven processes, frameworks, analytical tools, etc.) to determine and rank data needs to speed up GenAI product development cycles.
Find and address critical program risks, and make plans to reduce them.
Form project teams with 'customer focus' and clear communication with a preference for quick, effective solutions, prompt and positive resolutions to conflicts.
Promote the use of GenAI tools throughout the company, and the different actors of the distribution chain.
Identify and improve key processes by listening to user needs and problems to create efficient and effective business workflows empowered by AI.
Model and support change management practices so that business teams are actively involved in change, adopt new solutions or ways of working and increase the likelihood of a successful transition.
Conduct application training sessions and deliver additional enterprise Gen/AI trainings to affected groups.
Create relevant, training content and process documents that help colleagues understand changes, tell a persuasive story and enable effective sharing of information.
Product Managers must also develop and maintain a high level of rapport with internal and external stakeholders as the role requires extensive collaboration with individuals and organizations including, but not limited to: Arrow field marketing and support, sales management, inside and outside sales representatives, engineering and development, operations, accounting and finance, supplier account managers, channel partners, and 3rd party contract agencies.
Business Support • Conduct regular meetings with strategic suppliers, national account managers and marketing counterparts to discuss and track progress on business and marketing plans and any open issues regarding ArrowSphere .• Present ArrowSphere and the family of platforms to internal stakeholders, suppliers, and potential customers• Participate to tenders to position ArrowSphere
Product Marketing • Produce and maintain up-to-date content and assets to promote ArrowSphere such as internal and external product presentation, videos presenting key features and overall experience, price sheet, etc. in collaboration with the Global and local Marketing Managers.• Work with marketing managers and other internal/external stakeholders to leverage demand generation tools, social media, communications, industry events, etc. to help drive sales and revenue for ArrowSphere AI Program and associated platforms
. In collaboration with the Marketing Managers ensure all new feature releases are communicated properly internally and externally
Training, Education & Enablement
• Internal
- Ensure that all relevant Arrow teams receive the necessary training required to use and promote ArrowSphere AI and the associated offerings.
- Provide ongoing training, direction and guidance to ensure a motivated and productive work group, sales and business development teams.
• External
- Ensure awareness of ArrowSphere AI and offerings within the partner organizations including suppliers and channel partners.
- Manage ArrowSphere AI Knowledge Center content on managed projects
- In charge of customer training or enablement events.
Profile type :
You have at least 7 years of experience in a Product Manager position
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields is a plus.
You've got excellent communication skills
You master English (international team)
You speak French (at least B2 level)
