Your Tasks:
- Core focus on deal flow generation and company development
- Scouting and assessment of prospective clients
- Active outreaches to prospective clients in Germany and on a global basis
- Analysis and evaluation of specific technologies, business models, and industry verticals
- Taking part in developing knowledge, leadership, and culture
- Directly working with the Partner and CEO, overseeing new business development, and supporting the future growth strategy
Your Profile:
- Strong international profile and work experience in business development, investment banking / Big4 (5+ years of working experience)
- Excellent communication skills in front of senior management and investors
- Strong interest in business development and M&A
- Profound market analysis and research capabilities with excellent analytical skills
- Interest in and understanding of new technologies and technological innovations
- Ability to comprehend and evaluate tech-focused business models
- Excellent academic performance combined with extra-curricular activities
- Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with research databases (eg. Pitchbook, Bloomberg, Thompson One)
- Team player who seeks to work in a fast-paced, young, and tech-infused environment
- Native Level German and fluent in English
- You have an entrepreneurial can-do attitude and are able to take a leading role in our corporate development projects
- Valid German Work Permit
