JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to ensure operational excellence across Source to Pay (S2P) processes by supporting accurate, compliant, and efficient invoice-to-pay delivery across SC Europe. The position plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day S2P activities, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service delivery partners to maintain high standards of service and process discipline. Through effective stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement support, this role helps enable a seamless and reliable finance operation that supports business performance and sustainable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute and support Source to Pay processes, including Invoice Processing, Payments, and Vendor Management, ensuring adherence to established procedures, controls, and service level agreements.
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to support accurate and timely invoice-to-pay delivery across the region.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, responding to queries and facilitating the resolution of operational matters.
Collaborate closely with external service delivery partners to monitor service performance, track open issues, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
Support the resolution of operational challenges, including overdue invoices, payment blocks, vendor inquiries, and process exceptions.
Monitor operational performance indicators such as backlog volumes and overdue transactions, helping identify areas requiring attention and improvement.
Ensure compliance with financial controls, company policies, and process governance requirements.
Identify recurring process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at simplifying and strengthening S2P operations.
Build effective working relationships with Finance, Tax, Controlling, Procurement, and other relevant stakeholders to support end-to-end process performance.
Maintain accurate documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities to improve process consistency and service quality.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
University degree or equivalent professional experience.
1–3 years of experience in Finance, Operations, Shared Services, or a related business environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Source to Pay (S2P), Procure to Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, or related finance processes.
Experience working within an international, regional, or shared services organization.
Familiarity with ERP systems and operational performance monitoring in a finance environment.
