Equifax is looking for an I-9 Administrator to join our team! This individual will process and maintain Form I-9s.
This is a hybrid role with our client, a large tech company headquartered in Cupertino, CA.
What You'll Do
- Perform E-Verify process on new-hires and rehires to ensure employment eligibility.
- Monitor E-Verify exceptions to final resolution.
- Upload Form I-9 document information to vendor management systems.
- Complete work authorization updates for current employees.
- Assist in new-hire orientations.
- Respond to inquiries by phone and electronic communications timely.
- Monitor I-9s due for updates in the software system.
- Assist with training and onboarding of newly hired I-9 Administrators.
What Experience You'll Need
- High school degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of I-9 compliance and E-Verify regulations.
- Knowledge of foreign visas & USCIS guidelines.
- Proficiency with Macbooks

- Ability to learn and apply new concepts and materials quickly.
- Ability to meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential and sensitive Company information.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions and time constraints.
- Ability to pay close attention to details and work under the pressure of tight deadlines.
- Ability to investigate, research, and troubleshoot.
- Experience with various programs such as Workday and ServiceNow
