Key Responsibilities
Account Coordination
- Partner with the Lead Account Manager to support day-to-day account management
- Track action items, deliverables, and timelines across multiple projects
- Ensure follow-ups are completed and priorities are executed
Client Engagement
- Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders and general contractors
- Respond to requests, provide updates, and ensure clear communication
- Support a consistent and reliable client experience
Revenue & Opportunity Tracking
- Monitor changes in scope and flag potential additional work

- Experience supporting large or complex accounts (data center, construction, infrastructure, or similar preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deliverables
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Proficiency in Salesforce
