Lead Associate - InStock Analyst

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented In-Stock Manager to oversee inventory management and stock availability for our hyperlocal operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that products are consistently available for quick delivery to our customers, thereby enhancing overall service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in local darkstores to meet demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Deep CF’s/ local vendors to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
• Demand Forecasting:
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand accurately.
  • Implement strategies to mitigate stockouts and overstock situations.
• Coordination with Operations:
  • Work closely with the logistics and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of inventory management with hyperlocal delivery operations.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team to align inventory levels with promotional activities and seasonal trends.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement best practices in inventory management to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Streamline processes to improve stock accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
• Team Leadership:
  • Train and mentor team members on inventory management best practices and tools.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Background in Inventory operations, Supply Chain Management for an ecommerce/ hyperlocal player.
• 2/3+ years of experience in inventory management or operations, preferably in hyperlocal or e-commerce settings.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
