We are looking to augment our Portugal AMS presence and are seeking certified and experienced AMS Senior Consultants to join our amazing team. We are growing at a phenomenal rate and are working with some of the most exciting customers in the Ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Using your deep Workday knowledge, engage, lead, guide and advise AMS customers with their strategic Workday roadmap, industry standards and market leading practices.
- Engage at all levels within customer base from operational to C-suite.
- Manage a small to medium team of technical Workday experts to deliver quality customer solutions.
- Serve as an escalation point for critical functional issue resolution.
- Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution
- Architect Workday HCM solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
- Support and mentor junior resources
The ideal candidate :
- At least 5 years of consultancy experience with at least one end to end Workday project, but preferably more.
- Workday Core HCM Cert, and preferably experience in / or certification beyond HCM.
- Expert in Configuration of business processes, workday security, country set-up and HCM.
- Previous team leadership/management experience.
- Ability to create accurate effort estimates based on requirements.
- Wants to learn and master additional modules of Workday.
- Driven to achieve a high level of utilisation.
- Is naturally consultative in their customer approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Will likely hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or other relevant field of study (or have equivalent work experience).
