Job Description

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the landscape of hyperautomation technologies, proficiently analyzing their advantages and limitations;
  • Translate diverse business requirements into detailed technical specifications, effectively aligning them with appropriate hyperautomation solutions;
  • Assess and determine the optimal hyperautomation technology suited for specific business use cases, considering their unique needs and constraints;
  • Independently execute the implementation of business use cases, emphasizing the utilization of low-code applications, with a potential emphasis on Python development where applicable;
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of hyperautomation solutions;
  • Continuously evaluate and stay updated with emerging hyperautomation trends and technologies, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing existing solutions;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field
  • English B2/C1, proficiency (fluent)
  • Essential: Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT, specifically in automation/hyperautomation;
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience in software development;
  • Proficiency in at least 2 Hyperautomation tools & applications, such as Automation Anywhere, Catalytic, MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate, Outsystems or Knime;
  • Advanced programming skills in Python, C#, or Java;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal stakeholders;
  • Solid analytical abilities to decipher complex requirements and scenarios;
  • Motivated individual with a collaborative team-oriented approach;
  • Experience in project management within the software or IT domain;
  • Specific domain knowledge within a functional area relevant to the role.
