We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Operations Hyperautomation Team Leader to spearhead our efforts in transforming operational efficiency through cutting-edge AI and automation. What You'll DoAs our Operations Hyperautomation Team Leader, you won't just manage projects; you'll lead a revolution. You'll be instrumental in:
Forging the Path: Define and execute the team strategy for hyperautomation, setting ambitious goals and charting the course for success.
Innovating with AI: Oversee the AI/ML feasibility of new initiatives, identifying groundbreaking opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence for operational gains.
Driving Impact: Prioritize initiatives and ensure flawless execution of our hyperautomation roadmap, delivering tangible value to the business.
Building Bridges: Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, fostering strong relationships across departments and ensuring seamless integration of automation solutions.
Navigating Complexity: Proactively identify and mitigate risk management challenges, ensuring the stability and ethical deployment of our solutions.
Championing the Future: Be a fervent champion of AI adoption across the organization, inspiring and educating colleagues on the transformative power of intelligent automation. This includes guiding our AI strategy and ethics, ensuring responsible and impactful innovation.
What Experience You'll Need
To excel in this role, you'll possess a unique blend of strategic vision, technical prowess, and exceptional leadership:
Bachelor's degree in related field
10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years managing technical teams (including managers or multiple project teams) focused on automation or AI initiatives.
Leading the strategy, design, and implementation of complex hyperautomation programs across an enterprise, integrating RPA, AI/ML, process mining, and emerging technologies.
Driving the adoption and successful delivery of AI/ML-driven automation solutions, including agentic development, intelligent document processing, and advanced analytics.
Translating business objectives into scalable automation solutions that deliver significant cost savings, efficiency gains, and contribute to organizational restructuring.
Proven ability to manage high-level stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and lead organizational change efforts related to automation adoption and workforce transformation.
Strong technical acumen to guide architectural decisions, evaluate emerging technologies, and troubleshoot complex challenges within an automation ecosystem.
Overseeing a portfolio of automation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic goals.
What Sets You Apart:
Experience managing geographically dispersed or remote technical teams.
Direct experience in an Operations leadership role within a highly automated environment.
Published articles, whitepapers, or presentations on AI/automation strategy or implementation.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
