VIVA Ormostown Dental Center is currently looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.VIVA Dental Centers is a network of 10 dental clinics established in Quebec and Ontario.Located on Roy Street in the charming town of Ormstown, near grocery stores and Tim Hortons, our friendly and welcoming team is excited to meet you.Schedule: Full-time schedule over 4 days a week.As a dental hygienist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a great team of dental professionals, learn in a stimulating environment, and have access to ongoing online training. - Assess, plan, and implement appropriate patient care services.
- Perform all preventative clinical hygiene services for patients, including scaling, root planing, polishing, topical fluoride application, sealant application, and teeth whitening.
- Act as an oral health educator by introducing new prevention techniques and providing advice.
- Provide a consistent patient experience during dental hygiene visits.
- Build strong relationships with patients while maintaining professional and ethical behavior.
- Ensure patient retention by offering a tailored experience that meets their expectations.
- Demonstrate active listening and empathy toward patients using effective communication techniques.
Requirements:
- Hold a dental hygiene diploma and a valid license.
- Have a valid CPR certification.
