We're seeking a remote Hygiene Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for hygiene positions (full-time, part-time, and PRN) across our organization.

You'll play a key role in our mission: improving the lives of dentists, staff, and patients through collaborative, industry-leading support services that drive efficiency, profitability, and reduced operational risk for our partner practices.


Responsibilities

A successful recruiter will ensure our company attracts, hires and retains stellar employees. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, internal team members and external vendors on recruiting strategy and initiatives, while growing a strong talent pipeline for hygiene.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multi-site dental practices
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with Dental Hygiene programs
  • Ensure required documentation and approvals are obtained in advance of opening a search and/or extending offers
  • Strategically source and attract both active and passive candidates by utilizing a variety of candidate sourcing tools including dental job boards, social media, cold calling, conference data, LinkedIN recruiter, Indeed, etc. 
  • Work closely with hiring managers as a recruiting liaison for the supported dental practices
  • Maintain open communication with hiring managers to anticipate future staffing needs
  • Research and/or collect content to draft and publish job descriptions
  • Manage each requisition process in an organized and timely manner
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications in order to assess relevant knowledge, skills, experience as well as aptitudes
  • Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Consistently and accurately utilize the ATS (iCIMS) to track candidates and requisitions
  • Create and maintain accurate recruiting/analytical reports of deliverables and forecasting data
  • Fulfill weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics as assigned 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • 2 years experience recruiting in the dental industry preferred
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Software (ATS); iCIMS preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and general office equipment

Work Conditions

  • Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule of approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Skills Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 2 years of dental industry recruiting experience
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking software
  • Experience with iCIMS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week, with extended hours as needed
