The candidate will primarily support Rails (Middleware) functions and be responsible for the health, performance, and reliability of middleware platforms such as IBM WebSphere, Splunk, and other enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for enterprise systems including Filenet and Cognos applications.
- Support middleware platforms: IBM WebSphere, Splunk, IIS, PeopleSoft, EngageOne, and GoAnywhere.
- Coordinate upgrade activities between DAS/OIT and application development teams.
- Assist in project planning, release planning, and defining technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Create and manage system alerts in Splunk for infrastructure and application thresholds.
- Automate routine tasks and operational processes using scripting and third-party tools.
- Participate in 24x7 production support and resolve incidents with minimal downtime.

- This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work in Columbus, Ohio.
- Candidates must be available for on-call support and production emergencies as needed.
