Join our high-performing team at Williams Lea as a Senior Graphics Presentation Associate. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong mapping, presentation, and client-facing experience, especially in the banking sector. If you are adept at delivering visually compelling, brand-consistent presentations using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, this is the opportunity for you.
Location: Fully Onsite – Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay: $28.50 – $30.00/hour + 10% shift differential for work between 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
What You’ll Do
- Client-Facing Engagement: Partner directly with banking clients and internal teams to understand their needs, ensuring the creation of high-impact presentations and marketing materials tailored to the financial industry.
- Design & Mapping: Use your expertise to design and format presentations, pitch decks, charts, graphs, and strategic mapping solutions using PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Word.
- Mapping & Strategy: Develop visually compelling and effective strategic geographical maps, diagrams, and data visualizations that assist clients in presenting complex concepts and data clearly and powerfully. Familiarity with software tools such as MapInfo, SNL/CIQ, and/or ArcGIS is a plus.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining professionalism and consistency across all materials.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from intake to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction throughout.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks and troubleshoot software or file issues as necessary, ensuring final products meet high standards.
- Workflow Coordination: Suggest design enhancements and collaborate proactively to improve the workflow process and efficiency of the team.
What You Bring
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a graphics or presentation production environment, with specific experience working directly with banking clients or financial services teams.
- Strong Presentation Skills: Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint for designing and creating presentations, pitch decks, and high-quality visuals.
- Creative Cloud & PowerPoint Expertise: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Excel, with an emphasis on charts and data visualization.
- Mapping & Data Visualization: Experience in creating strategic maps, diagrams, and data-driven visual content to communicate complex information clearly.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for design, layout, and consistency to ensure visually compelling presentations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally and collaborate with team members.
