About the Role
CallProof is seeking a charismatic, driven Hybrid Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll connect with business owners across the country by phone and visit local companies in your Tennessee metro area to demonstrate how CallProof helps sales teams sell smarter and work more efficiently.
You’ll have access to a robust lead database, hands-on mentorship from leadership, and the opportunity to grow within a high-energy, performance-based culture. If you thrive on conversation, love closing deals, and want to make a real impact helping businesses grow, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Make a mix of cold calls, warm calls, and in-person B2B visits to potential customers.
- Access leads in our CRM and our 53+ million–record Places database to build your pipeline.
- Learn and demonstrate the CallProof platform to help companies improve their sales performance.
- Manage communications through your company email, Slack account, and CallProof subscription.
- Build relationships, follow up consistently, and close deals with professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine your outreach strategy and improve results.
What You’ll Need
- A computer capable of multitasking (streaming your phone screen while running Zoom and screen sharing).
- A smartphone that supports CallProof Plus and allows screen mirroring to your computer.
- Reliable internet and professional workspace.
- Strong communication skills, coachability, and a self-motivated attitude.
- Residency in Tennessee, ideally near a metro area such as Nashville, Knoxville, or Chattanooga.

Compensation
This position offers base pay plus commission, with total earnings potential based on experience, performance, and drive.
