About the position:
- PTO Policy: 10 days of paid time off in your first year (in addition to regular vacation pay).
- Weekdays only. Rotating day and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday
- $78000 per year depending on education level and experience.

Essential Functions
-
Month-End Closing: To include journal entries as necessary to re-class revenue / expenses; explanations of variances vs. forecast / annual plan; general ledger research to ensure all possible billing opportunities are captured

Operational Initiatives: Work closely with Director of Operations (DOO), Director of Sales (DOS) and Director of Rental (DOR) to identify and recommend opportunities for cost/productivity improvements

Financial Planning & Analysis: To include forecasting, business planning and branch performance analysis

Training: Provide financial training to Business Unit staff, including policies, procedures and financial tools
-
Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance: Branch audits, as needed, to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

Corporate: Act as Business Unit liaison with Ryder's Shared Services Center and Ryder's Corporate Accounting group

Responsabilités:
• Préparer les budgets annuels, les projections trimestrielles et concilier la comptabilisation des revenus
• Aider le gestionnaire durant les fins de mois pour assurer que l'information soit exacte et ponctuelle
• Concilier et analyser les comptes des bilans financiers et des états des revenus et expliquer les écarts (tendance et corrélation)
• Fournir en temps opportun, des rapport pertinents et précis et analyser les écarts des résultats financiers, identifier les tendances et expliquer les fluctuations importantes ou insolites
• Sur une base hebdomadaire, mensuelle, semestrielle et annuelle, établir et interpréter des rapports en s'assurant que les procédures comptables appropriées ont été suivies.
• Identifier et suivre les tendances des revenus et des dépenses.
• Préparer des demandes pour les dépenses en immobilisations et fournir l'équipe de direction les analyses à la fois quantitative (NPV, IRR, etc.) et qualitative (analyses stratégiques commerciales).
• Assurer la précision et la ponctualité de la facturation et des analyses.
• Fournir des analyses détaillées relatives aux effectifs et à la paie.
• Assister le gestionnaire des finances dans la préparation et le maintien des prévisions financières ainsi que des budgets annuels.
• Analyses financières spécifiques selon les besoins.

Exigences:
Baccalauréat (Finances, comptabilité ou administration., Exigé).
Autres (Une combinaison de scolarité différente et d'expérience sera considérée. , Exigé).
Autres (Désignation de CA, CMA ou CGA, Exigé).
3 ans ou plus Experience Expérience en comptabilité et en finances. {Exigé}
Connaissance des concepts et principes financiers tels que le flux de trésorerie, bilans financiers, coûts en capital, amortissements, déclarations fiscales, etc. (Avancé level, Exigé).
Connaissance d'Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Smart View et Walker (Avancé level, Exigé).
