We are seeking to recruit an experienced Workday professional to supplement our existing AMS EMEA team. The role will be hybrid, ie fulfilling on a 50:50 basis both an AMS Enablement Manager and an AMS Operations and Resourcing Manager role.
Enablement Manager role:
Customer Engagement/Business Development
Will have a designated number of customers to be accountable for:
Providing assessment and estimates for new contracts of work (post deployment), supports BDMs and Sales teams on new business bids
Managing the preparation of service agreements and contracts, and all SFDC related data maintenance
Conducting customer facing meetings and regular service reviews
Liaising with Strada counterparts on global upsell opportunities and other requests (e.g. Marketplace)
Works with Marketing/BDM on promotional activity, represents Strada at industry events
Operational Service Management
Resource planning on contracts (SOWs) for assigned accounts
Responsible for collating all billing and expense data
Co-ordinate resources and tasks across Strada teams
Assists with customer escalations
Provides PM service on SOWs, co-ordinates consultant activity, and provides weekly status reports
Operations and Resourcing Manager role:
Lead and drive AMS Operational process documentation and improvement
Monitor and manage the capacity of resources to ensure that the organization can meet current and future project demands. Perform resource analysis and consult on capacity utilization, attrition, and experience.
Own and monitor EMEA AMS Metrics dashboards, utilize PSA and JIRA metrics reporting and overall AMS tooling process improvement to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze current processes in place, and operational metrics. Inform, develop, and recommend strategy to senior management based on an evaluation of business needs.
Ensure effective management of AMS client service requests raised via the JIRA ticketing tool by:
Being primary escalation point for JIRA tooling issues and escalations raised by internal AMS team or Clients.
Co-ordination of JIRA enhancement requests from the AMS team and attendance as key stakeholder at Global JIRA Governance cadence meetings
Being responsible for maintenance, review and improvements to AMS JIRA operating processes and procedures
Work closely with Enablement & Project Managers, PALs (Practice Area Leads), and other stakeholders to understand resource needs and priorities. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including global resourcing teams.
Assist EM team with onboarding of new clients into AMS support
Assist with coordination and resourcing of bi-annual Workday Release Cycles
Partner with functional areas within region to review project staffing needs for projects based on their skills, experience, and availability.
Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines and objectives, aligning staffing priorities to staffing capacity.
Optimize resource utilization, maximizing use of Strada’s consulting resources to maximise revenue production.
Identify and manage key staffing risk areas associated with resource allocation. Develop contingency plans to address potential resource shortages or conflicts.
Requirements:
- Workday HCM/IC/EM certified
- Proven Client Service credentials and experience
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and stay focused under pressure
- Project Management Experience
- Candidate will be expected to take and pass WD PM Certification (if not already certified)
