Role Summary
This role combines deep technical infrastructure expertise with client-facing advisory and presales responsibilities. You will design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across multi-technology environments, while actively engaging with clients and sales teams to shape and sell tailored infrastructure strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to assess client needs and develop AI-ready, hybrid cloud, and enterprise infrastructure solutions using technologies like Dell, Cisco, Nutanix, and Red Hat.
- Lead architectural design during presales, including feasibility studies, scoping, and proposal development.
- Advise clients directly, presenting solutions and guiding decision-making with persuasive communication.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and service development aligned with emerging tech trends.
- Support business development through opportunity identification, deal shaping, and delivery oversight.

- Experience in vertical market analysis and service innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, Nutanix NCP/NCM, Red Hat Architect, VMware Cloud Foundation, AWS Solutions Architect, or AI infrastructure credentials are preferred.
- Scaled Agile certification is a plus.
Experience
- Extensive experience in infrastructure architecture within large-scale, preferably multinational environments.
- Demonstrated success in client engagement, presales, and solution design across diverse technologies.
