ResponsibilitiesPerform small scale Radio Frequency designing, testing, ticket support, and troubleshoot radio components.
Conduct target-oriented research to directly apply findings to the further development and incremental improvement of products, services, systems, tools, and processes.
Integrate, verify, test, and modify hardware components to solve difficult problems in production and field environments.
Support transfers, product transfers, and technology transfers needed to move product between factories and repair centers.
Assist with RF related tasks needed to maintain radio products in collaboration with product maintenance engineering in the Americas region and globally.
Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Responsible for contribution to teamwork.
Carry out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines.
Demonstrates initiative and adaptability to changing business environments. #LI-DNI
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. OR Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with each of the following:
RF circuit design;
Analyzing and debugging RF systems;
Lab equipment experience, including oscilloscopes, spectrum/logic analyzers, or power meters; and
RF engineering design and development process, including tools, techniques, and methods.
Domestic travel up to 10% required.
International travel up to 10% required.
