The HVO System Manager owns the operational and financial backbone of our HVO product. This role ensures that accounting, cost control, pricing accuracy and process execution are handled with absolute precision. Success in this role depends on consistency, structure and a zero-defect mindset.

What You Will Do

  • Own HVO-related accounting and financial reporting processes
  • Monitor and reconcile procurement costs and margin performance
  • Maintain and continuously improve pricing models aligned with market conditions and margin targets
  • Support commercial teams with pricing simulations and financial analysis
  • Execute and track a high volume of recurring operational tasks with accuracy
  • Work closely with carrier managers to ensure data integrity and correct execution

  • Exceptional attention to detail; approximate answers are not acceptable
  • Highly structured and process-driven
  • Comfortable managing dozens or hundreds of small, recurring actions
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability under time pressure
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving ability
