Job Description
Enfinity Global seeks an MV/HV Engineer Manager in Europe to oversee MV and HV components, designs and specs of renewable energy projects, mainly solar PV and battery storage projects. Responsibilities include support and management of MV/HV design team from the development stage to commissioning. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree, 8+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and ETAP, and strong communication skills in English (Spanish or Italian is a plus).
Key responsibilities:
- Design Development:
Develop conceptual designs for substations and interconnections.
- Permitting and Procurement Support:
Manage preliminary studies, coordinate engineering consultants, and support the procurement team in responding to bidders during the RFP process.
- Commissioning Support:
Provide on-site commissioning support, punch list development, and performance testing plans.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in generation interconnection design, development, construction, and analysis.
- Job-site safety certification is desirable
- Excellent communication, task management, and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and valuable ETAP.
- Advanced level of English.
- Knowledge of Medium and High Voltage standards and codes, including interconnection. Valuable MV/HV knowledge in the Italian market, Terna and ENEL Codes.
