Hunter / Account Executive (m/f/d) – New Customer Sales IT & Telecommunications

Overview:
As a Hunter / Account Executive, you will be responsible for the strategic acquisition and development of new large accounts (Enterprise / Upper Midmarket) in the target industries: Manufacturing.
You act as a strategic partner at C-level, develop acquisition strategies, and position Mitel as a leading provider of Unified Communications, Contact Center, and Collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Independent identification, approach, and acquisition of new enterprise customers

  • Development of individual sales strategies and creation of suitable business cases

  • Consultative sales approach, understanding customer needs and convincingly communicating the added value of Mitel solutions

  • Building and maintaining a network at decision-maker level (C-Level, IT Management, Procurement)

  • Responsibility for the sales pipeline – from lead generation through qualification to closing

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets (revenue, pipeline, win rates)

  • Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities

  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Channel Partners

  • Participation in trade fairs, industry events, and networking activities

  • Coordination with international colleagues within the DACH region

Requirements:

  • Several years of B2B sales experience in the IT/telecommunications environment

  • Proven success in new customer acquisition and a hunter mentality

  • Experience working with decision-makers at C-level

  • Understanding of IT, cloud, and communication solutions (Hybrid solutions, UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP, MS Teams integration)

  • Analytical, creative, and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality

  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

  • High self-motivation, goal orientation, and willingness to travel

  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Ihre Aufgabe

Als Hunter / Account Executive verantworten Sie die strategische Akquise und Entwicklung neuer Großkunden (Enterprise / Upper Midmarket) im Branchenbereich Industrie in Deutschland.
Sie agieren als strategischer Partner auf C-Level, entwickeln Akquisestrategien und positionieren Mitel als führenden Anbieter für Unified Communications, Contact Center und Collaboration.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Eigenständige Identifikation, Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer Enterprise-Kunden

  • Entwicklung individueller Vertriebsstrategien und Erstellung passender Business Cases

  • Beratender Vertriebsansatz, bei dem Kundenbedürfnisse verstanden und Mehrwerte von Mitel-Lösungen überzeugend vermittelt werden

  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks auf Entscheiderebene (C-Level, IT-Leitung, Einkauf)

  • Verantwortung für die Sales-Pipeline – von Lead-Generierung über Qualifizierung bis zum Abschluss

  • Erreichen und Übertreffen von Vertriebszielen (Umsatz, Pipeline, Abschlussquoten)

  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Erschließung neuer Geschäftspotenziale

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Pre-Sales, Produktmanagement und Channel-Partnern

  • Teilnahme an Messen, Branchenevents und Networking-Veranstaltungen

  • Abstimmung mit internationalen Kollegen innerhalb der DACH-Region

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige B2B-Vertriebserfahrung im IT-/Telekommunikationsumfeld

  • Erfolgreiche Neukundenakquise und Hunter-Mentalität

  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entscheidern auf C-Level

  • Verständnis für IT-, Cloud- und Kommunikationslösungen (Hybride Lösungen, UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP, MS Teams Integration)

  • Analytisches, kreatives und strategisches Denken mit Hands-on-Mentalität
