The Human Resources (HR) function supports the organization by managing the full employee lifecycle, fostering a high‑performance culture, and ensuring an efficient, people‑centric workplace. This role partners with employees, leaders, and cross‑functional teams to deliver HR services, drive talent, development, and reward initiatives, and support organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR service delivery.
- Provide HR data, reports, and insights.
- Implementing HR policies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of learning initiatives.
- Support organizational development activities.
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR matters.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
