CATEGORIES OF DUTIES
1. Develop, implement, and coordinate TTC’s employee wellness program.
2. Plan and facilitate wellness activities, including health fairs, fitness challenges, educational workshops, and employee appreciation events.
3. Coordinate annual wellness campaigns and promote participation through effective communication strategies.
4. Establish relationships with health plans, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers, community organizations, and wellness vendors.
5. Coordinate on-site wellness screenings, vaccination clinics, and preventive health initiatives.
6. Maintain the organization's wellness calendar and ensure timely communication of upcoming events.
7. Track employee participation and evaluate program effectiveness using data and employee feedback.
8. Prepare reports and recommendations regarding wellness participation, outcomes, and return on investment.
9. Develop educational materials promoting healthy lifestyles, stress management, nutrition, financial wellness, and work-life balance.
10.Assist with recognition and engagement initiatives that support employee morale and retention.
11.Coordinate incentive programs associated with wellness participation, when applicable.
12.Assist Human Resources during Open Enrollment by promoting available wellness resources and employee benefits.
13.Maintain confidentiality of employee information in accordance with HIPAA, applicable privacy laws, and organizational policies.
14.Monitor wellness program compliance with federal and California employment laws.
15.Assist in planning employee appreciation events and organizational celebrations.
16.Provide support, advising employees on benefits-related queries, and maintaining accurate records.
17.Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, Human Recourses, Business Administration, Recreation, Health Education, Communications or related field preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience coordinating wellness, employee engagement, benefits, health promotion, or related programs.
• Experience within healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or community health settings is preferred.
