JOB SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Supervisor, under the direction of the Director of HRIS performs daily activities supporting PathGroup human resource processes including but not limited to supporting HR data entry and verification, employee relations, and employee development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage and direct the HR Generalist/Representative roles.
  • Advise supervisors on Employee Relations issues and assist supervisors with conducting internal investigations and counseling sessions. Assist with conducting employee investigations as needed.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Perform biweekly pay period audits of employment changes in the HRMS to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage the Learning Management System, implements organizational training and development efforts, and tracks employee participation in training initiatives.
  • Manage HR processes and procedures, including onboarding and data entry into HR systems. Ensure entry is timely and accurate while maintaining data integrity.
  • Manage the Employee Performance Review program as to design, implementation, and training. Analyze Human Resource capital data.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Assist the Director of HRIS in the implementation and administration of Human Resources functions as assigned.
  • Assist the Director of HRIS with special projects and other duties.
  • Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry's best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data.
  • Must be familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all Corporate policies, including the Privacy and Security policies.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Work with other departments within PathGroup and subsidiaries.

Preferred Qualifications

EDUCATION & LICENSURE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of five years experience in human resources required.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal employment law/regulations and general principles and practices of human resources required.
  • Certification Required (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP).
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in human resources
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of general human resources principles and practices
  • SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP certification
  • Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and applicable employment laws
