We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to support and execute key HR initiatives while ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR compliance.

This position plays a critical role in supporting business growth by partnering with leaders across multiple Business Units, fostering a positive work environment, and driving operational excellence through effective people management and continuous improvement of HR processes.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience supervising HR operations and leading HR initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT) and labor compliance.
  • Experience managing both unionized and non-unionized personnel.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of payroll administration and payroll incidence validation.
  • Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS/ERP systems.

Skills Required
