What You Will Do

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including policy updates, benefits administration, and HR system management.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders while advocating for team members and fostering positive employee relations.

  • Promote compliance with employment standards and ensure fair, consistent application of HR policies.

  • Resolve workplace issues efficiently by facilitating collaborative, win-win solutions.

  • Build strong relationships on the production floor to gather feedback, share insights, and support engagement.

  • Drive continuous improvement through HR audits, system enhancements, and strategic HR initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.

  • One to three years of experience in a Human Resources role with a working knowledge of HR practices and standards.

  • Knowledge of Ontario Human Rights and Employment Standards Act (ESA) legislation.

  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and lead change.

Goodyear offers a competitive pay and comprehensive total rewards package designed with your physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing in mind.  The pay range for this position is

$63,124.00 - $117,227.00

However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. You will also be eligible for a number of benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, as well as tire discounts. You will receive more information on our Total Rewards if selected to interview.
