Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and onboarding top talent while contributing to various HR initiatives that support our growing team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in HR roles, combining talent acquisition with broader people operations/generalist exposure (mobile gaming, tech, or fast-paced startup background is a strong plus).
• Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring funnels and familiarity with modern ATS and HR management platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key roles.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Manage day-to-day people operations, employee records, and administrative workflows.
