  • Administer both Canadian and US benefits, including RRSP and 401k deductions and contributions.

  • Partner with talent acquisition on quarterly people KPIs and reporting.

  • Prepare monthly People reporting, including headcount, turnover, new hires, and departures.

  • Administer company wide engagement surveys and other ongoing HR programs like review cycles.

  • Manage and administer Leave of Absence (LOA) processes and documentation.

  • Support, plan and coordinate company-wide All Hands meetings.

  • Partner with the social committee on company events, socials, lunch and learns, office management, and engagement programs.

  • Respond to day-to-day employee questions and provide guidance on HR processes and programs.

  • Partner with the Senior Director of People Ops on ad hoc employee relations, compensation, learning & development, and other People initiatives based on experience.

  • Provide backup support to talent acquisition for recruitment and onboarding activities as needed.

Who You Are:

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role. We’re open to candidates at either the Coordinator or Generalist level depending on experience.

  • Working towards your CHRP designation or equivalent.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach—you’re someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in supporting employees and the business.

  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with an HRIS or other HR technology is an asset.

  • For candidates at the Generalist level, experience independently owning HR processes and supporting managers with day-to-day People matters is an asset.

The expected base salary for this position is: CAD $75,000 - $85,000. Salary is based on a number of factors including market conditions, location and may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.

If you think your experience is most of the way there, we’d still love to meet you!
