Baptist Health is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Corbin, KY

Under general supervision, the HR Specialist assists with all areas of the Human Resources department. The HR Specialist will support the human resources transactional functions including, but not limited to, licensure/certification tracking, compliance tracking. Provides regular advice, assistance, and follow-up to client departments, employees, and/or members of the general public in the application of specified policies, procedures and inquiries. Develops, expedites, and maintains the house wide new hire orientation. Develops, expedites, and maintains various HR Survey data programs.

  • One year prior experience
  • Additional experience above minimum job-related experience listed above may be substituted for degree
