The Human Resources group develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations.
What you'll do
- Strategic Sourcing & Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcers to deliver on hiring goals across India
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies for niche and high demand skill sets
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand hiring needs and translate them into actionable sourcing plans
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence- Build detailed competitor intelligence including org structures, talent pools, and market movements
- Develop proactive talent pipelines through headhunting, networking, and advanced research techniques
- Deliver insights on hiring trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks
Execution Excellence- Drive sourcing through multiple channels including internet research, social platforms, professional networks, alumni, referrals, and ATS
- Ensure high quality candidate engagement and experience
- Oversee reporting and analytics for sourcing effectiveness and pipeline health
Stakeholder Management- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on talent strategy and market insights
- Collaborate with global teams on cross geography hiring initiatives
Employer Branding & Innovation- Contribute to recruitment branding initiatives to strengthen ZS' talent positioning in India
- Introduce new tools, technologies, and GenAI led sourcing approaches
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10 to 12 years of experience in sourcing, talent research, or recruitment, preferably in a fast paced corporate or consulting environment
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring sourcing teams
- Strong hands on sourcing expertise, with demonstrated ability to independently drive end to end sourcing for complex and niche roles
- Strong expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive sourcing techniques
- Exposure to GenAI tools and applications in sourcing, including leveraging AI for talent discovery, outreach, and productivity enhancement
- Demonstrated ability to build pipelines for niche skills (Analytics, AI, Consulting, Tech, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and insights generation
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Fluency in English
