Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team. S(he) is responsible for aligning HR strategies with Ceyhan site-specific business goals. This role involves working closely with site leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement & relations, support talent management, and drive operational excellence. Human Resources Specialist will act as a trusted advisor, addressing HR needs and challenges specific to the site and ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Job Description

Employee and Industrial Relations Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employee representatives and other relevant parties
  • Act as the primary contact for employee and industrial relations issues, including dispute resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
  • Inform, advise, and support the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the Human Resources Department

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with site leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and address site-specific employee and industrial relations needs
  • Provide expert advice on managing complex employee relations situations and implementing effective solutions

Employee Engagement and Culture

  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Implement programs that promote employee well-being, recognition, and career development
  • Support conducting regular employee engagement surveys (i.e. pulse check) and identifying of areas to improvement

Talent Management & Training

  • Collaborate with site leaders to identify talent needs and implement strategies for recruitment, retention, and succession planning
  • Support talent management initiatives including succession planning, career pathing and employee development
  • Support performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and participation communication

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the E2E hiring process including posting job ads, screening CVs, organizing and conducting interviews, and onboarding (day1 experience of all new joiners)

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Physiology, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in HR functions 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Digital savvy competence with the ability to leverage technology for HR processes and programs
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
