What You'll Do: The HR Specialist - Busi ness Partner will partner with our Enterprise functions (Finance, Legal, IT, HR , Support Services ) and drive people strategy aligned to business priorities. This role will focus on strengthening organizational effectiveness, supporting managers on people matters, and ensuring strong governance and integrity across all interactions . This role primarily supports Enterprise teams based in India, while operating as part of a broader global portfolio and contributing to enterprise-wide priorities .
Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across Enterprise groups (Finance, Legal, IT, HR , Support Services , etc. )
- Translate business priorities into people strategies and actionable HR plans
- Drive workforce planning, org design, and talent interventions
Employee Relations (ER) Support
- Provide guidance to managers Enterprise leaders and managers on employee relations matters with appropriate judgment
- Partner with Legal/Compliance teams on sensitive cases as required
- Support resolution of ER situations ensuring fairness, consistency, and adherence to policy
Talent & Performance
- Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Coach managers on feedback, capability building, and team effectiveness
- Support hiring strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition
Culture & Engagement
- Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and action planning
- Act as a culture carrier, reinforcing organizational values
Compliance & Integrity
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and governance frameworks
- Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions
What You'll Bring:
- 5-8 years of HRBP experience, preferably supporting corporate/enterprise functions
- Working exposure to Employee Relations (ER) with ability to partner on cases (not necessarily deep specialization)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence business leaders
- Sound understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Trusted partner to business leaders across Enterprise functions
- Effective handling/support of people matters with balanced judgment
- Improved team effectiveness, engagement, and talent outcomes
- Strong governance with no compromise on integrity
