What you'll do:
- Assist in requirement gathering sessions with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Field Operations, and Digital stakeholders to support HCP engagement initiatives.
- Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams for Veeva CRM / Salesforce-based solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Support mapping of HCP engagement journeys and commercial workflows to CRM capabilities, including Account & Contact Management, Call Planning, CLM, Approved Email, Consent & Preferences, Campaign Execution, Territory Management, and Activity Tracking.
- Perform basic configuration validation and UAT support, including business-level test case creation, execution, and defect triage within Veeva CRM / Salesforce.
- Coordinate with technical and QA teams to ensure delivered functionality aligns with pharma commercial use cases and compliance requirements.
- Maintain project assets in Jira / Confluence, including story updates, process documentation, configuration notes, and release documentation.
- Assist in development of training and onboarding materials for commercial end users (sales representatives, MSLs, marketers, and field operations teams).
- Create and manage artifacts such as business processes, user flows, data flow diagrams, and presentations to support clear communication and alignment
- Act as the primary advocate for the client and end-users, driving user-centric design and ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and outcomes
- Instrument analytics and measure product impact across business, user and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to ensure ongoing value
- Stay updated on technology trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
- Provide regular updates and training to stakeholders and users, supporting effective adoption and use of product/solutions
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years of experience in CRM or life sciences IT, with strong hands-on experience on Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM.
- Exposure to pharma commercial CRM platforms and clouds such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Veeva CRM (including CLM, Approved Email, and Campaigns).
- Solid understanding of HCP engagement models, commercial operations workflows, call planning, territory management, consent & preference management, and omnichannel engagement.
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria with moderate supervision.
- Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving and clear communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.

Good to Have
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst certification; Veeva CRM certification is a plus.
- Experience integrating commercial CRM with downstream and adjacent systems such as HCP portals, marketing automation platforms, data warehouses, analytics platforms, call centers, and field enablement tools.
- Understanding data privacy, consent and preference management, and compliance controls relevant to pharma commercial systems (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, audit trails).
