We are looking for an energetic, organized, and relationship-driven Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. This is more than a traditional recruiting role—you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our organization by helping us attract talented people, build our employer brand, and create an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
What You'll DoYou’ll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and helping turn staffing needs into successful hires.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Identify and connect with talented candidates through a variety of recruiting channels.
- Screen and interview candidates while creating a welcoming and positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.
- Complete background checks, reference checks, and credential verification.
- Prepare employment offers and coordinate a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop creative social media recruiting campaigns and help showcase our organization as an employer of choice.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, networking opportunities, and community outreach events.
- Build relationships with schools, professional organizations, community partners, and other talent sources.
- Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate applicant information, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Stay current with employment laws, HR practices, and company policies.
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities at the same time.
- Knowledge of employment practices and HR processes.
- Comfort using social media as a recruiting and networking tool.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
- Paycom experience is preferred, but not required.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in helping people find the right opportunity.
