We are looking for a dynamic, bilingual HR Analyst to support our high-volume Call Center operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office. The role combines end-to-end recruitment with HR analytics, providing essential support in hiring top talent and enabling data-driven HR decisions. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and has experience recruiting for frontline positions in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsabilities:
Recruitment:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions such as Customer Service Representatives, Team Leaders, and administrative staff.
Collaborate with operations managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Solid knowledge in job posting and candidate sourcing.
Conduct candidate search, screening, and interviews in both English and Spanish.
Create and maintain an HR-shared database with folders and subfolders for all current and potential vacancies, ensuring it is always up to date.
Manage onboarding and welcome process for new employees.
Handle all documentation related to new hires and ensure compliance with company policies.
Human Resources Analyst:
Support the administration of documentation related to onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements of Call Center staff.
Keep physical and digital personnel files updated for both operational and administrative staff.
Manage employee-related information such as benefits, attendance, vacations, leaves, and absences.
Prepare employment verification letters, training certificates, and university documents.
Process vacation and sick leave requests and tickets.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding internal processes and company policies.
Assist in preparing basic HR reports such as attendance, turnover, and performance.
Ensure compliance with company-specific policies and procedures.
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR analysis, ideally in a Call Center or BPO environment.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
