We are looking for a Human Resources Program Manager who will bring organization skills, support, clarity and personality to our team! You will require the energy and desire to manage the rollout of multiple HR programs – including performance review process, employee survey and succession planning. In this role, you will also provide a full range of HR program support for a variety of HR operational activities and initiatives for multiple global business units’ HR Business Partners. You will manage complex projects and talent-related initiatives, end-to-end, by project planning and milestone tracking. You will support and cultivate the HR Business Partner in LATAM community by leveraging tools and resources across HRBP client groups, constantly identifying more effective and efficient ways of working. You will report to the Sr Director, HRBP LATAM
Responsibilities:
- Program Management of core corporate programs
- Compensation (AIP/APR)
- Engagement
- Talent Planning
- L&D Project Support (i.e. Stand Out, L4P Programs)
- Performance Management
- Responsible for planning and execution of programs including timelines, comm plans, project management to ensure flawless delivery.
- This role requires thinking ahead of what the work is and how to execute to ensure it is consistent and cohesive plan to manage/delivery work
- Responsible for creation and management of annual calendar of events/projects
- Link to COEs and HR for HR to align projects and deliverables
- Affiliate specific projects (i.e. ATS Launch, Benefits Rollout, Wealth launch)
- Systems:
- Liaison to HR Solutions team to facilitate systems implementation, troubleshooting, testing, diagnosing issues
- Provide support to clients to help identify solutions or elevation to HR Solutions team
- High touch/escalation as needed; track to ensure it is recorded with AskHR team
- HRBP Forum:
- Provide support to peer Program Manager with HRBP Forum meetings and upkeep of HRBP SharePoint site
- Consolidate information and act as link to COEs and HRBP’s LATAM to facilitate gathering of information
- Follow up and facilitate execution of all outcomes from Forum
- Metrics/Dashboard:
- Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and maintain dashboard
- Monthly headcount reconciliation reviews
- Facilitate communication of dashboard and links to client groups as needed
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting, as needed
- Org effectiveness:
- Provide support with logistics, agenda content design and follow-ups for leadership team meetings and town halls
- Operationalize Talent Planning Functional Forums (quarterly)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years + of broad general Human Resources experience, ideally on an HR Business Partner team
- Highly analytical, with problem solving, project management and organizational skills
- Extremely strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and judgment; especially when it comes to working directly with senior leaders in delivering on tight deadlines
- Extremely strong customer service orientation and an energetic can-do attitude to dive into whatever needs to get done
- Experience with Workday functionality is a major plus
- Can be remote but be available to work PST schedule
