The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, including onboarding, exit interviews, administration of benefits and compensation, team restructuring, and conflict resolution. Requirements

* Proven experience in HR management.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
