HR Administration:
- Employee Data Management: Ensure and maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, employment history, and personal data.
- Workday Data Management: Administer and maintain Workday for data entry, reporting and systems integration.
- Employee Onboarding: Handle the pre-onboarding, onboarding process, including employee documentation (payroll & benefits related like insurance, creche etc.,)
- Employee Offboarding: Ensuring smooth offboarding of employees, including coordinating for full and final settlement, clearance checklist, ex-employee verification and queries etc.,
- Prepare various HR Letters (e.g. appointment letters, employment letters, promotion letters, merit letters & transfer letters)
Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the administration of health insurance, retirement plans and other benefits ensuring employees understand their options and assisting with enrollment or changes.
- Leave Management: Track and handle employee leave balances and leave applications. Ensure alignment with company policy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Employee Support:
- Employee Query Management: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR polices, payroll, benefits and other operations matters.
- Monitor and resolve the helpdesk queries within SLAs with quality delivery.
HR Policy & Process Development:
- Process Optimization: Continuously review HR operations processes to identify areas of improvement, increase efficiency and enhance employee experience.
- Documentation and knowledge management: Maintain HR operations process documents, policy manuals, templates and FAQs to provide quick access to HR information
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze metrics, such as new hires, diversity, conversion rates & attrition.
Qualifications:
Education:
< >Bachelor’s degree in the Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
< >Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations.
Skills:
< >Solid understanding of HR operations processes specifically supporting the Indian marketStrong working knowledge of WorkdayAttention to detail, accuracy handling HR tasks, demonstrates sense of urgency and can prioritize task to meet deadlinesExperienced in working with cross country and cross functional teams Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
