Roles & Responsibilities:
Payroll Execution & Accuracy
Execute regular payroll runs in partnership with the local payroll vendor
Own payroll calculations, validations, and reconciliations to ensure accurate pay outcomes
Review and resolve payroll variances, errors, retro pay, and adjustments
Validate payroll inputs related to hires, terminations, pay changes, allowances, and differentials
