Required Education:High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Recommended Education:Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.

Description

1. Provides high quality customer service in responding to routine inquires including hiring, benefits, compensation, training or other HR procedures.
2. Collaborates with team members to resolve customer issues and completes work timely and accurately.
3. Works with peers to support established service levels and respond directly to employees and management regarding issues that require a subject matter expert within other areas.
4. Schedules internal and external meetings.
5. Supports and administers different HR functions and programs. Manages data within the HRIS and other systems. Supports processes such as on-boarding, benefits eligibility and entitlement, workforce administration, position control, pay administration, etc.
6. Produces correspondence, communications and prepares weekly, biweekly and monthly reports.
7. Maintains employee data in HR system and ancillary HR systems. Ensure personnel information is accurate and adheres to department standards. Optimizes data quality by conducting regular audits and ensuring employee data is kept up to date and accurate.

  

Skills Required

  • High school diploma or GED, or 2 years of experience in lieu
  • Flu vaccination required
  • Experience responding to routine HR inquiries (hiring, benefits, compensation, training)
  • Experience managing data within HRIS and ancillary HR systems; supporting onboarding, benefits eligibility, workforce administration, position control, pay administration
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • PHR (HRCI) or SHRM-CP certification
