This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
The Human Resources Operations Associate for the Americas Region (US/Bogota/Canada) will play a critical role supporting HR operations activities. The incumbent will play an important role keeping HR processes accurate, timely and consistent. They will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance and hiring managers to ensure a smooth employee and contractor experience.

- Develop offers and price new roles
- Draft offer letters and confidentiality agreements; liaise with candidates on offer package
- Process background checks
- Prepare, coordinate, and conduct new hire onboarding, including the I-9 process
- Manage the departure process including exit interviews where appropriate
- New vendor management
- Answer recruiting operations related questions via Workday help app
- Workday entry ownership (new hires and departures)
- Invoice Management
- Workday testing support (Enhancements and maintenance)
- Act as backup for Contractor onboarding inquiries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills to solve problems, improve efficiency, and provide solutions
- Discretion and good judgment to handle confidential information
- Ability to work quickly; juggling multiple workstreams
- Attention to detail required
- Experience and knowledge of Workday recruiting is a plus or familiarity with HRIS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including strong Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 Years HR experience in recruiting or generalist capacity preferred

Base Salary Range$80,000.00 - $95,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
This position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for the payment of overtime.
