This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

The Human Resources Operations Associate for the Americas Region (US/Bogota/Canada)  will play a critical role  supporting HR operations activities by keeping HR processes accurate, timely and consistent.  The candidate will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance and hiring managers to deliver a smooth employee and contractor experience.

What you will do:

  • Prepare and process offer documentation, including offer letters, approvals, and pre-employment steps
  • Develop offers and price new roles
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new hires have a smooth and positive transition into the organization
  • Provide recruiting operations support
  • Assist with contractor process administration
  • Manage the departure process, including exit interviews, where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate employee and contractor records in Workday
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation management, as needed
  • Own new vendor management and invoice processing
  • Support Workday enhancements and system maintenance
  • Assist with HR reporting, process improvements, and special projects
  • Serve as a reliable, service-oriented point of contact for routine HR operational questions

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems. Experience and knowledge of Workday Recruiting is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 3-5 Years HR experience in recruiting or generalist capacity preferred

Base Salary Range

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.

This position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for the payment of overtime.
